MTC will hold an IN PERSON course in Lansing at the Hyatt Place Lansing – East on October 7, 2025. Registration and payment MUST be completed by September 19, 2025.

We understand the standard is targeted at Level I Trauma Centers but would be a best practice for any trauma center. We would also like to “grow” the course for Michigan and hope this course will assist.

The course is also being offered at an incredibly reasonable price, of $150.00 per person, so now is the time! We hope to see you in Lansing.

There is also an opportunity to become a DMEP Instructor. In addition to attending the DMEP course, prerequisites include ATLS or ATNC or TNCC or PHTLS, ICS100 & 200 within the last two years and evidence of being involved in Disaster Planning and/or Disaster Response: Hospital Disaster Committee participation, DMAT team member, USAR team member, Disaster volunteer experience, Scholarly effort (i.e. publication) or Professional society disaster committee.
