SUMMARY:Trauma Program Management Course
DESCRIPTION:The course is offered in a two-day format\, September 23 & 24\, designed by seasoned leaders in Trauma Program Management throughout the country. It is an interactive course providing Trauma Program Managers/Directors/Coordinators\, PI Coordinators\, other members of the trauma program\, and those interested in joining the field with the core concepts of building a sustainable and comprehensive trauma program. Be one of the first to experience the new cutting-edge course concepts to include: \n\nCompatibility with 2022 Resources for Optimal Care of the Injured Patient\nModule dedicated to Leadership\, Teamwork\, and Communication with senior management\nExpanded toolkit resources to include editable samples of policies\, job descriptions\, checklists\, spreadsheets\, etc.\nCompendium of web-based resources and supplemental reading list offered to improve access to faculty references\nIntegration of contemporary concepts into materials: PI Dictionaries\, Just Culture\, report calendars\, data validation\, SWOT analyses\, virtual meetings and visits\, and more!\nInclusion of revised field triage guidelines\, No Surprises Act\, acute and chronic stress evaluations\, and helicopter shopping\nStrategic planning and finance includes business plans\, strategic plans\, internal and external marketing concepts\, etc.\n\nThis course is recognized throughout the trauma community as the premier course for learning the role and importance of managing a Trauma Program as well as the role of essential members of a trauma program.
