Learn how our trauma program partnered with other departments to improve charge capture\, strengthen financial oversight\, and build a more sustainable trauma finance model that supports both quality care and long-term financial stewardship. \n \n\nDr. Andie Young\, DMSc\, PA-C \nAndie Young is a Physician Assistant and Trauma Program Manager at Trinity Health Oakland\, where she leads trauma quality initiatives\, education\, and performance improvement. She brings extensive clinical experience in trauma surgery and critical care and holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Butler University.
