Overview: This presentation will cover the use of a geriatric ICU admission tool, including the benefits and any roadblocks that exist in doing so. The steps to researching which tool to use, along with tips for gathering relevant supporting data, and who needs to be involved at an institutional level for implementation will be discussed.

1. How to use existing tools and tailor them to your facility to improve processes.
2. The use of data to gather buy in from those that will be involved in the process.
