Suicide Prevention
Suicide is when someone tries to hurt themselves with the intention of ending their life. Warning signs are many but could include:
- The person talks about feeling hopeless or trapped.
- They express unbearable pain.
- They talk about having great guilt or shame.
- They have a sudden lifestyle change.
- They talk about how or why they want to end their life.
