  • This session will discuss the multiple uses of trauma quality improvement projects and presentations. It will give examples of how surgical dogma can be challenged in the course of performance improvement activities that question the status quo.

  • Objectives:
    1. Increase awareness of how Surgical Dogma is challenged when questioning the status quo during performance improvement activities.
    2. Discuss how trauma quality presentations for survey relate to performance improvement projects.
