Overview: Communication between trauma centers is important for growth in our trauma programs. Learn how a rural trauma center uses feedback to enhance care of the trauma patient. Review how our trauma center was able to use feedback for performance improvement within our center.

1. Describes a rural perspective of receiving transfer follow-up, feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
