August 1, 2019 – TCAA Trauma Center Finance and Business Planning Course

The Michigan Trauma Coalition (MTC) is sponsoring the TCAA Trauma Center Finance and Business Planning Course on August 1, 2019 at Lansing Community College.

If you don’t speak the language of finance and business planning, you are not enjoying the empowerment you deserve.

The course will assist healthcare providers in becoming familiar with costs, codes and charges related to trauma center reimbursement and the capability to develop and sustain a trauma program. Lectures feature reality-based trauma program cases and essential steps in business planning.

Upon completion, you will be able to apply the lessons learned in the in-depth didactic sessions. Target Audience includes: TPM, Finance Team Members, Trauma Service Line Directors and Trauma Medical Directors.

TPM, TMD, Finance Team, Trauma Coding & Billing Specialists, Trauma Directors

Nursing CE’s:

Provider is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 16459 for the specified number of contact hours. Certificate must be retained for 4 years after date of issue.

We are looking into offering CMEs.

This course is for MTC members only. Cost is $150 for MTC members.
