Kristin Wolfgang, RN, BSN, recently transferred from her position as Trauma Coordinator at McLaren Bay Region to Trauma Program Manager at McLaren Flint, where she leads adult trauma operations, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
With a background spanning trauma registry, PI coordination, and ICU quality improvement, she brings a systems‑level perspective to trauma leadership. Kristin is known for her structured approach to program development, her commitment to psychological safety, and her ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
She is currently advancing her clinical training as an AGACNP student while supporting regional trauma readiness and growth.
