“Performance Improvement & Patient Safety in a newly designated Level III Trauma Center” – An operational PI walk-through in a Level III trauma center with limited resources in a community based hospital setting.  Today’s breakout session includes program process tips while maintaining patient safety & yielding optimal outcomes for loop closure.
