Dr. Andie Young, DMSc, PA-C

Andie Young is a Physician Assistant and Trauma Program Manager at Trinity Health Oakland, where she leads trauma quality initiatives, education, and performance improvement. She brings extensive clinical experience in trauma surgery and critical care and holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Butler University. Her work centers on advancing high-quality, patient-centered trauma care while ensuring program sustainability through financial stewardship and multidisciplinary collaboration.
