Performance Improvement Committee
The PI Committee will focus on collaboration, shared learning, and resource development to support trauma programs across the state. Planned work includes maintaining and enhancing PI resources, sharing best practices, and exploring the development of tools to support those working in trauma PI roles.
Participation is open to individuals involved in trauma performance improvement or those seeking to strengthen their understanding of trauma PI processes, standards, and available resources.
